Heathers Travel Tips.com/The Other Company GENERAL CONTEST RULES Effective 10/1/06

1) Prizes must be claimed during regular business hours (Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm). Winners must be registered at Heathertraveltips.com. Contest winners must wait 5 business days after winning and must provide identification to prove eligibility to claim the prize.

2) Prizes for Portland, OR, winners are claimed at our office at 3800 SW Cedar Hills Blvd, Ste #148, Beaverton, OR 97005 and are available 5 business days after winning. All others will be mailed or shipped via common carrier as appropriate.

3) Prize winners must wait 4 weeks after winning before being eligible again to win. Winners of major prizes, valued at $200 or more, must wait 4 months to win again. Persons deceiving Heathers Travel Tips.com/The Other Company in any way forfeit winnings.

4) Heathers Travel Tips.com/The Other Company reserves the right to limit each household to one qualifier per contest and make prize substitutions when necessary. Management reserves the right to amend all contest rules at any time.

5) Heathers Travel Tips.com/The Other Company is not responsible if a member is unable to click through due to server performance or instability. Anyone who enters our contest automatically grants Heathers Travel Tips.com/The Other Company
permission to record and use their name, character, photograph, voice and/or likeness in connection with promotion of this or other contests and must waive any claim of royalty, rights or remuneration for such use.

6) You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in a contest, though some contests may have special age and other entry restrictions.

7) Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must complete a federal income tax return form when claiming their prize.

8) Employees and immediate family members of Heathers Travel Tips.com/The Other Company employees its agents or assigns, employees of competing web sites and employees of participating contest sponsors are not eligible to win.
