What is Heathers Travel Tips?

Heathers travel tips is "THE" website for people who (a); like to travel (b); like to chat (c); like to meet new people. Why? We are the best place to learn about the places you want to go and to discover exotic and special places in your own city. We offer the opportunity to ask questions of local residents about places you are planning to visit and the opportunity for locals to talk about their hometowns, something we Americans have always been proud of.

Our site is sorted by state and cities each city then has seven interest categories they are:

1. Accommodations - Hotels, Motels and B & B's
2. Business - All things useful to traveling business people.
3. Dining - Restaurants, Diners, etc, the places where the locals go to eat.
4. Entertainment - Clubs, Theatres, special local attractions.
5. Shopping - Unique shops that offer unique items.
6. Outdoor - Camping, hiking boating etc.
7. Seasonal - Events and attractions that occur seasonally.

Members may either enter a query in any interest category or answer a query or just post a comment about anything they want concerning the topic. Posts are searchable and will be stored for up to a year.

City moderators will be selected from people who frequently use the forum. All moderators must submit an application (for security reasons) and are unpaid supporters of the site.
